As the usage of online Large Language Models has risen dramatically, personal and profesionnal information are received by their providers through the users' prompts. In this work we study Differential Privacy applied on prompts and its impact on the models' performance, both for protecting privacy and preventing wasted resources.
- Design of a resource-saving architecture anticipating the impact of DP on a prompt.
- Discovery of a pitfall in DP for text and collaboration to its formal study.
- Collaborations on two projects about Scam baiting with LLM and Audio deepfake detection.

While Personal Data Management Systems bring individuals more control over their data, they need to be both secure and extensible to support diverse computations. This thesis focuses on this dual objective, enabling untrusted code to run on the PDMS and benefitting from Trusted Execution Environments to enforce security.
- Design of execution strategies for efficient data processing while limiting data leakage of computation results
